YES on Measure 34-311 for Hillsboro Police

Passing Ballot Measure 34-311 will allow the Hillsboro Police Department to maintain the current number of police officers and response times to emergencies. Funding also supports a variety of Hillsboro Police Department efforts to protect the community, including:

• Neighborhood patrols and patrol officers
• Programs focused on homelessness response
• Dedicated detectives for investigations
• The City’s School Resource Officer program
• Child and domestic violence intervention programs
• Youth services programs
• Community policing programs

Hillsboro is a community that places a high value on human dignity. Police department programs and services are a major means by which the restoration of dignity begins for those who are in their time of need.
